I am not fussed by scratches. I had the same recently on the lug of my Squale Drass Galeazzi, a watch limited to 500 pieces world wide. It looks like someone scratched the lug when trying to change the strap. I just live with it and truly cannot even remember which lug it is on... probably a few more since then. If it bothers you, go for an exchange.
