Never heared of.

There are many swiss watch brands which are mostly unknown.

But that doesn't mean that they are bad.

Some brands can't or won't compeed with the big brands on the pirmary markets, so they are more concentrated on the emerging markets, where most can not effort the big brands, but are able to spend more than fir a fashion brand.

The fact that they wrote in big letter SWITZERLAND is a sign for. But as I said, these kind of watches does usually produce good vallue for money.

While I wrote this I made a quick research. They are exporting mostly to Russia and Asia. In the german market they are almost unknown.

Also as mentioned this is not uncommon. Few example from the swatvh group:

Mido is concentrated on Latin American market.

Rado for South Asia.

Another such kind of independent brand is Aerowatches. Their model Milan is a stunner.

Also edox is such kind of brand.

But I will check more in future about epos.

Has a look of a Superocean…..

They're a new brand. Started in 1983 by Peter Hofer and his wife. Changed owners in 2002, the company was bought by the Chonger-Forster family.

Not a big brand but they put out some quirky designs out there.

Hope that helps.

I had to go to their website and check them out. Watched a review or two on YouTube to see them on video. They look pretty good. Well spec'd for the asking price. The divers are pretty good Sub homages.

Oh, yes, I heard of them alright. More than just that, actually... The watch & jewelry store that I worked at was an Epos AD. I had to send several for warranty repairs, mostly due to the case having leaked. Another regular troublemaker was the Verso. The Verso's module has a design flaw - the hands engage with a delay, so the watch loses some time just after being wound and set. If you ask me, that's bad engineering at its finest.

Learned something new today.
