If it's not getting wrist time then there's no point owning it - sell it & get something you absolutely Love & can't keep off the wrist. Life's too short! 👍

Depends. If it has sentimental value, that’s something you can’t buy, so don’t sell it. But saying that, just because it’s your first serious watch, doesn’t mean it has any sentimental value at all and in that case I’d sell it.

No ... I don't have any "serious" watches! LOL!

·

It didn’t get any wrist time for a long while, I wasn’t gonna keep it simply because it was the first one 🤷🏻‍♂️ gotta move on and get pieces I actually want to wear

Of my first three watches that I bought after actually getting into watches, a Duro, an Orient Kamasu, and a seiko 5 field style watch, the only one I have left is the duro because I wouldn't get any money for it anyway. I wasn't wearing any of them after getting my GSAR and Khaki Auto. They weren't really special to me. I only wore them for a few months. I just needed to pick up a few watches to get a feel for what kinds of things I liked and disliked.

Yep I've sold my first Rolex and a pre-moon Speedy. I find it easier to release expensive watches, since they have to earn their keep. I've never sold any of my cheaper watches (though I'm thinking about giving a couple to the local charity shop).

Sell it? I gave mines alway for what I learn it all started with a oversized fashion watch. My collection and choices has matured I’m very picky and selective what I want this time.
