It pays to recycle ♻️ $$$
Spent my Saturday morning up early hauling scrap metal to the recycling center to both start recouping the money I spent on Christmas shopping as well as put In the pot for my grail watch, I know it isn't much but my goal is to have it by the time my oldest graduates high school in 9 years lol

Right on, I've got a few bags full of aluminum cans in my garage once I have enough to fill my bed I'll run it down and that can bring a few bills, I work in a garage and every chance I get to snag aluminum parts I pounce and stash them because that's where the money is haha 😄

My son bought a gaming computer (I wasn't going to spend my money on a system solely for gaming) with recycling money. Yes it took him years. The great news is the tech got better for less $. The Speedie is worth the wait & effort. Plus, you are recycling!

Yes that's one watch I've gone back and forth on and can't decide on lol so hopefully if I get some Christmas cash etc it will be one to add to my collection one day

Oh yes copper pipes can bring a pretty penny, I work in a body shop and hoard all the aluminum body parts, typically one truck bed of aluminum parts is worth about 2 or 3 beds of steel haha
