What’s your next watch going to be??

Well it’s almost here! Watches and Wonders is kicking off in mere hours and I’m curious with this in mind, what’s your next watch going to be? Any #NWAs that you have arriving soon or in the perverbial online cart?

I’m thinking mine may be a CW C63 Sealander GMT. You?

For me: Raketa “Russian code”

I've been struggling to find something recently 🤷 My brother-in-law lent me a Explorer 2 that hasn't left my wrist so I would really like one but funding the purchase could be more expensive than having him assassinated. Decisions, decisions...... 🤔

Great thing about our hobby is: watches and wonders might be the launch for hundreds of wonderful watch models and yet you can buy a 30year old watch and consider it as your new watch.

·

Will visit a pre loved boutique on Monday for a no color understated watch. That is probably the next.

·

Gold dress watch.

I keep watching and wondering when I'll pull the trigger on this one:

I have several special ordered/pre-ordered. The three I'm most excited about are

  1. RGM PS-801-EE. I've been an admirer of Roland's work for years and finally took the plunge. I've added some customizations to the model. I'm 7 months into an est. 18 month wait.

  2. Oliver Gallaugher O.G. Deep Space. I'm getting No. 1 of 10. Just something special about the dial and the handmade aspect of this model. Might be another couple months for this one.

  3. Fears Brunswick 38 Silver Noir. Love that it has a sterling silver case. 3 to 4 months for expected delivery.

All look so good! RGM is an American treasure! I’m with you there!

Last week I put a deposit down on a 2004 Omega seamaster 2254.50 Peter Blake. I’m waiting for it to be delivered to my local Watchfinder store. I’m so hoping it’s inter condition I want so I can complete the transaction and buy the watch.

Honestly there is only one watch on my wishlist now for the near future: Hamilton PSR. But even that is reserverd for the end of the year or maybe even next year. Other then that, actually nothing and definitevly nothing arriving soon🤞🏻😉

·

To celebrate the big 40yr… looking to buy my first Rolex.

·

I'm headed to Japan soon and hoping to find something there! Maybe a Minase? We'll have to see!

·

I have a locally owned microbrand on preorder coming in May. My name on the waitlist for a rolex batman gmt and omega silver snoopy. (Not holding my breath on either one)

Long term "hope to own" but not set in stone:

Citizen blue washi paper dial quartz

Vacheron blue dial steel overseas

60th anniversary 62mas reissue (next year)

And whatever else i see interesting in this year's w&w

·

IF it comes out at WW, the 41mm pink OP.

·

Laurent Ferrier AUTO SPORT !! 🥰

I love my Seiko 5 field but I want something better with a similar vibe as an everyday watch. I think it will be a Kuoe Old Smith. Still have to save some money.

·

So far it's the Czapek Mount Erebus in rubber strap or the H. Moser Pioneer Centre Seconds Citrus Green for me.

·

I’m not sure but if I spring for it, it’ll be my most expensive watch

I turn 50 this year and am moving this summer, so I have a list I'm choosing from;

1) Traska Venturer GMT Carbon Black

2) Seiko 5 SBSC009

3) Nodus Sector GMT - Pacific

4) Christopher Ward C63 Sealander GMT
