Wow... I was wearing my BB 41 METAS the last 7 consecutive days and so changed out to my Seiko 5 Sport but now after seeing your photo I might go back to my Tudor 😂 beautiful shot!

That’s an ureal photo, so much depth to it. How do you find the Spitfire? I’m weighing it up currently..
Thanks! I love the spitfire; the fauxtina makes it a bit warmer and a little less clinical than the rest of the IWC pilots chronographs and the finish is incredible. I especially love the polished chamfers that flare out at the lugs. No display caseback though, which is a shame since it’s also the best finished movement in my collection. It’s kind of like that Glaschutte Original diver - I also can’t imagine covering up a GO movement with a steel caseback but here we are.
Unfortunately the fauxtina also limits the straps that look good w/ it though, but it thrives on earthy tones such as green/olive, khaki, tan, brown, and black.
It does sit a little proud at about 15mm (feels more like 13.5) but as long as you don’t like wearing your watches loose, it’s plenty comfortable enough for all day wear. I do find that I wear 3 handers like my Mark XX more often though.
FYI if you’re seriously considering the IWC I was able to shop around and get 15% off at an AD in the US.
Love this reflection shot I got of the @swcusa ARK GMT. Got the shimmer of the handset on the actual watch, and nice colors on the reflection angle. Pure luck! 😂

Well...I mean I SAW it as I placed the watch down and definitely came up with the composition, but it wasn't my "goal" to get a reflection shot. It's fun to stumble into things, right. Like Bob Ross said, Happy Accidents!

I was only joking mate… I could see the composition and how it was placed.
I’ve found with iPhone you can get some great shots if you experiment with dropped exposure, oblique angles filters etc.
The wedding photographer takes the credit for this one. But this is a special watch as my fiancee (now wife) gave it to me as a wedding gift and I wore it to my wedding day.

Superb!
Given the poor standard of my usual photos, this is good for me!
Speaking about watch related photos it might be this one. Chilling on the couch with one of my favorite watches.

Inspired by @Reizer I bought a Vaer DS4 (solar-powered quartz). Couldn't be happier.
Beautiful shot mate 👌🏽😊

You still have to have an eye though 👍🏼
But it's still luck.....😂

Great shot of a handsome watch there. Wear it in good health! 🍻
Tough choice, but I'm gonna go with this. Some classic Japanese charm 💕🇯🇵
