You ever go watch hunting while on vacation?
Forget the coasters and wall magnets, when I go on vacation it's a big perk if I can score a nice piece as a souvenir to remember my travels with. Recently picked this up while in London. Amazing time and so much fun hunting through all that London had to offer. Always wanted a black honeycomb dial.

It certainly does. When I got my first watch, it was during a work trip and ended up racing to the airport. Thank god for Global Entry! Lol
Tend to stop and look if I see a watch shop……. This year I purposely went to Frankfurt to visit the Sinn factory and store…….

Great find! I thought I was the only one that does this. No matter where I go, if it's a resort or an Airbnb one of the first questions I ask is where can I find a nice watch. Then, the hunt is on.

I've since learned that this shop, and its late owner, had a truly horrendous reputation, so I had a lucky escape.
At least I had my special holiday watch on at the time, so I didn't need anything else anyway.

I picked up my Ranger from BKK at the beginning of the year at the Siam Tudor boutique. Got my tax back at the airport too so bonus !
London has some amazing watch hunting spots. The last couple of times I have been I shockingly escaped without buying something.

Tokyo is amazing for watch shopping and so is Singapore. But nothing beats Hong Kong. That place is awesome.

HK is amazing and just picked up my Moser from the only boutique in Asia that I know of. They have vintage, good dealers with independents, and lots of official boutiques.
I had a biz trip lined up for Geneva, but I sacrificed my watch shopping to lety team members go, who have more productive things to do there. Was looking forward to it, oh well.
Ill be in London next month and am going to stop by the CW and Baltic boutique while I'm there. Any other suggestions for London?
