Just a random thought:
Is there a watch....
That is made by a reputable watch company
That is meant as a dress watch, but that is also 300m WR
That has a date complication that doesn't require a magnifier lens
That has a sapphire watch crystal
That comes with a QUALITY stainless steel jubilee bracelet
That has a white (or cream) dial with raised gold lettering (Roman numerals)
That is in current production, but has a vintage style to it
That has either an automatic movement that is +/- 15 sec per day
Or that has a quartz movement that is +/- 15 seconds per month
That costs less than $750...?
If so, such a watch would be my grail watch.
Suggestions, please? Thanks! 😎

Thats quite a wish list! Perhaps it is time to consider creating your own!

Like I said, it's a random thought / wishful thinking kind of thing 😎
Maybe I should up the price to $1,000...? 🤣

In all seriousness though, I seriously doubt that you will find anything other than a proper diver with 300m wr.

Ok, let's say "minimum 100m WR" then 😎And hope for the best 😃
If you're planning on dining on the Titanic then a 300m dress watch is totally reasonable, although at that depth 300m wouldn't be nearly enough!
The Longines Conquest is a dress watch that has 300m water resistance. It comes in multiple sizes and multiple dial colours. You can choose quartz or automatic. The quartz can be found just below your budget and the auto just above.
You won’t get Roman numerals or a Jubileé bracelet. You can choose strap or Oyster bracelet.
Your want list was doing ok until Roman numerals 🙄
100m chf 495. 33mm Certina DS8
?
My first grail, was close to that...
But "only" 200m and no roman numerals - but alarm and discreet chronograph!
This one is 100m but a bit too expensive...
And this 330 euro budget alternative, are possible not 100m...
But Ebel 1911 was 10 atm or 100m and you can then select any bracelet...
The real purpose of this post was to get suggestions just like these. Thanks so much for all of your input! All of these suggestions so far are FABULOUS! 🤩 Keep 'em coming!! 😎 When I have decided on what my grail watch should be, I will announce it!! 😃
P.S. I know that my profile says that my grail is the Magnum P.I. Pepsi GMT Rolex, but that's just a placeholder until I figure out what my REAL grail watch will be. 😎
