I have not had those exact models, but I recently had a Sinn 105 GMT and a BB41.
Both are exceptional and would serve you equally well, but they are quite different watches. The Sinn will feel more rugged, slightly less refined and let's face it, unknown to most people. Not that Tudor is much more renown amongst muggles, it is however, more popular.
It comes down to what would make you happiest. Is a date complication important to you? The Tudor has no date. Are applied markers and polished steel hands important? Is legibility a primary focus? As for the movements. The Tudor will be finished at a much higher level and will likely be better regulated. Though they are essentially the same movement (ETA 2824 / SW200).
If I had to chose one, I would likely go with the Tudor, but my choice is irrelevant. Go with the one that sings to you. In the end, you are the one that has to be pleased with your purchase, not us. And as far as we go, when you post your NEW WATCH ALERT, we will be thrilled for you, no matter which way you go.
Enjoy the process, hunt and anticipation. Almost as fun as ownership... :)
