Very nice! Love my Oxley. Had my eye on this though!
Top of the morning to ya, pal!

@deecrow Thanks. The Oxley has that lovely pop of colour on the dial. Overall, I think Farer does a great job with their designs
@Chunghauphoto agreed. I want to get another, but I also have my eye on an Oak & Oscar watch- that may be my next purchase.

@deecrow good luck in the hunt for O&O!
Greetings from a fellow Farer World Timer owner - in my case the Aldrich. I have to admit on some days I kinda wonder if I should have gotten the Roche instead! I actually ordered the watch on launch day itself!

Hey @watchaddictwt 👊. It was a toss up between the Roche and Aldrich for me. Yours is definitely a lot less common! At that size/quality/price combination it was a no-brainer for me too - although I ummm’d and ahhh’d for a little while Before buying!
How is the bracelet? I contemplated getting one but wasn’t sure if it would fit well on a skinny wrist like mine. Would you recommend it?

For reference I have 6.25” inch wrist (small). Fits well for a butterfly deployant. With half links. Comfy - would recommend

Unfortunately Farer just informed me that they are out of stock and have no plans to restock the bracelet - you lucked in!

@watchaddictwt oh no! That’s very surprising news. I do remember when I bought the bracelet they did ask which watch specifically it was for. I’m assuming the endlinks were custom to each watch

Yes - they still have the end links - but the bracelet itself is no more in stock. Apparently their new sports bracelets are not compatible.

Grrr….annoying! On the plus side…my one just went up about £100…!
I’m rather taken by their new compressor model. Hopefully someone will review it soon.

The titanium ones? They do look cool!
That is such a good looking watch! Farer has such a good value proposition.
How is the fit and finish up close?

@Time2watch Thanks. Fit is good for me personally. I’ve mentioned previously that even though its a butterfly deployant, you get two half links for a nice fit. Bracelet, case and hand finishing is very nice. There’s a nice range of textures on the steps of the dial (it can really only be seen under a loupe or those with good eyesight). There are some rough edges in the step transitions but again only when viewed under a loupe. The printing is also very good.

I like half links. It is easy to get creative, as 2 half links is usually a little larger than 1 full link. So if you cannot get a perfect fit, don't be shy to put the half links together on the same side.

Some people may prefer an offset clasp as well
