$1000-ish watch ideas

Trying to find A watch for my father. he likes this style but only wants to spend around $1000. Oddly that seems like a tough price range for me to come up with some good choices….wanted to use the WatchCrunch brainpower to give me some suggestions please!!!

I can recommend you the Sinn 556A. It costs 1190€ including 19% VAT on the bracelet, you can also have it on a leather or rubber strap.

I personally have the Sinn 856 UTC and I love it! It was my first real watch and it is still one of my favorites.

I think it's currently out of production, but a Zodic Jetomatic could be a nice alternative

They’re currently “available soon,” but the Hamilton Jazzmaster H32475520 is pretty cool.

Have you looked at Christopher Ward, the C63 line is in the same spirit as an AT but costs considerably less. They are well made, and come in a few different colours.

That very model of Railmaster is on my short list. How long have you had it? Herringbone strap seem built to last or do you think the fabric will start fraying?

Seconded.  I have a C.Ward diver and the quality is excellent.  Also, sign up for their newsletter, you get a $125 coupon code for watches over $625

I second the Presage idea, if he's okay with arabics all the way around.
