Duro endurance
I've been looking at the blue Duro for a couple weeks now which is great considering I haven't picked one up for months because I was so indecisive on the colorway options. After seeing some photos of customer owned Duro's, I am set on blue.
After that decision was finally reached, I came across this double dome sapphire from Crystal Times and now I definitely want to do this modification.
Question is, how effective do you think the water resistance would be after the mod? Yes, I have made claims that my watches don't get wet, but this was going to be my watch to change that.
Thoughts?

If you really intend to get the watch I'd leave well enough alone.
At the very least have it pressure tested once the modding is complete.

You have to have it done at a watchmakers shop. Some stores that sell watches might have the ability to do it also.

I certainly wI'll! Probably won't be for a little bit, but more than likely gonna happen!
I decided to make the same purchase. I will wait with the saphire glas but definitely I will get the Duro a new oyster bracelet. As soon as I will see that it works on my wrist I would like to make the mod. I will not go with it diving for sure...
PS: I am thinking about the lume update too. First let's the watch arrive 😜

I have the Duro in black since a year now. These pictures motivates me to change for a metal bracelet. I'm not ready to make modification like change the crystal.
