Help … I want some Feedback for making a choice!

I‘m planning to buy one of the two available Big Eye from Longines. Because of the new price proposition (both same price) at my local AD the choice has become even more difficult. Which one would you choose. Leave please also a comment why which one.

The blue is more attractive, some colour instead of black.

Have the same issue myself.. the blue one has actually dropped to €2,900 in one place! I’m leaning towards original as it will go with more straps etc?

·

That blue is something else dont miss the opportunity

·

The blue is stunning, the black is meh!

·

Far prefer the original black and the feeling of steel, but the blue Ti is better value.

To keep the black, to try with an eye on resale value then blue.

·

i like blue dials, thus my vote.

·

Black is strap monster if it matters but blue is my pic cause nothing else like it!

·

I looked at the black many times but couldn’t pull the trigger. The blue pulled me right in though.

Either for the same price makes this a hard decision (although I would bet someone somewhere is offering the black one at a discount also?). However, I personally would still go for the original black, more versatile and less “niche” than the titanium.

I'm wearing mine today - it's a crackin' watch, whichever way you go.

Personally the black dial was always going to be the one for me. I think it suits the style of the watch better.

Generally I'm not a huge fan of blue dials but I do get why people who are like the titanium version of the Big-Eye. That dial is done well, not only the blue but the fade to black and the creamy colour of the lumens. It all sits really well with colour of the titanium.

The only other thing worth a mention is that the weight saving is surprisingly negligible - personally if I'm buying a titanium watch I'd want to take advantage of the difference in weight.

The blue dial version is discounted, yeah? Is that figuring into your decision? If you prefer the blue then it's a bonus but if you prefer the black ... I guess what I'm saying is that in a year or two all you'll be thinking about is the watch on your wrist, not the the fact that you bought it at a good price.

That looks awesome. I’ve never heard of Forstner, but excited to check them out.

Their bracelets are excellent, well worth looking into - especially if you're into vintage and / or re-issues.

The Rivet Oyster is my all time favourite. 👇

And the Bullet is great too. 👇

The Black one can be paired with so many natos and leather straps than the blue in my opinion. Also looks more military to me.
