I always like pictures of square and rectangular watches but never enjoy them on. It’s why not counting my G-shocks I only have 2 watches that aren’t round: my Vilhelm Prism:
And my Yema LED
Round is for suckers.
I have a lot of non-round. This is an excuse to show one.
Nice non-round collection. More people should experiment with shape.
I have got to get one of those Slavas one of these days.
Cool collection !! Formex is on my list as is the brew
Nice collection. I have some in my box, they provide a nice variety.
1a Classe quartz chrono:
Hamilton from ~1945:
Vario Versas:
Korea Air 30th Anniversary dual time:
Seiko Repro
I also have a couple I’ve looked at that are on the ’maybe this year‘ list:
TWC Chrono
JLC Reverso Duetto, both sides:
The Slava medical is really cool?

Beauties. Love the Korea air, TWC, and JLC.

Dang, that Yema is such a period piece.
Love the collection!
Have you ever seen the Hamilton asymmetrical watches from the 1950s/1960s?
Here are some examples...
Loving that Seiko LM! Great collection mate

WOW, man are these in a museum? Absolutely stunning. I have seen the Elvis watch, but some of the other shapes are insane. Love it.

Thanks for the kind words!
Rene Rondeau wrote a fantastic book on Hamilton electric watches. I was in contact with Rene for a number of years before he retired. He was incredibly helpful as I built my collection of Hamiltons.
If you are a fan of asymmetric watches, then this book is a must have. The great mid-century designer, Richard Arbib, designed most of the cool Hamilton electrics including the famous Ventura.
The rarest of these is the Hamilton Altair (first image in my posting) and they are almost impossible to find on their original matching bracelet.
Fantastic and super interesting collection! Thank you for sharing.
100% of my watches are round. Perhaps I need to branch out....
