Love the look of that watch, especially with the green dial and red pointer. I just donโt think Iโd like the look of the patina of the bronze case after awhile.

He gets a little rough looking after a while, but you can clean it up with lemon juice and it comes back quickly to a light patina. I do that often just to bring it back to where I like it.
Huge fan I hope to pick one up as a wedding watch, love the idea of a watch that ages with me, especially from a moment like an engagement, Oris would be my go to or CW's Dune.
Do bronze watches end up Statue of Liberty green, given enough time? Or do they go a dull brown and stay that way? Iโm up for the latter, just not the former.

Not sure but you can shears bring them back to shine with lemon juice๐๐๐ผ
I wouldn't get too romantic about the bronze aging with you thing. From my experience it patinas pretty quickly and once it has that layer it is fairly stable.
Easy to bring back to shine with lemon juice๐๐๐ผ
For less sporty ones, I wipe off now and then just to keep it dull. For a diver, I let it get crazy for that "found under the sea 30 years later" look ๐

Definitely yes
No, not really. I like them when they look new and shiny, but I am not a fan of corrosion, I mean patina.

I like bronze watches and in general, I feel Oris does bronze the best. All my bronze are Chinese tho.
