My vintage stuff I don’t mind taking to my local guy that I trust. But my Rolex and Tudor will always go back to the RSC.
Dive watches are appropriate all day. I would have worn my BB58 to my wedding if I had it then. Probably not my Doxa 300T as its the professional model and a damn tank.. But the 300 in shark hunter I could rationalize.

CheapestNatoStraps was always my go to, easy on the wallet. Their Ribbed Nato's are probably my favorite. A little stiff but they soften up.
By a mile though, I think the best out there are the Toxic, now branded UTE natos. Available in the Hodinkee shop. Soft out the gate, the holes are in the right position, better hardware. Good stuff.
