They are on the Way! 🎁🎊🎉🍾🥳

I’m more and more becoming an Orient fan! For real, these watches have so many specs for such a great price.

Got this Kamasu for $212 and Mako II for $160. Such great deals……with these two added to the collection, I’ll have 3:

Does anyone else really like this brand? If so, what are you favorite pieces? 🍻

Orient is pretty nice. I have an original Mako which has stuck around from my early collecting days. Still looks good and keeps great time. Recently, the new Bambino LEs in the different colored dials has drawn my attention.

I’ll have to check that one out. 👍

I LOVE Orient! My green gen 1 Kamasu is a favorite of my collection and probably my most worn watch next to my Seamaster. And it runs at +3 s/d out of the box! It was today's #wruw in fact :-)

·

Orients are great value for money watches... My 1st mechanical is the Ray II and I love it.. it also guided me in to the rabbit hole 😀

·

I have the deep dark forest green dial Bambino. It’s flawless. Lovely product

·

Mako 2 in blue was my first “good” watch, might be my most comfortable. Especially on a navy blue NATO

·

Congrats! I have the red Kamasu and the rose gold sun and moon. Gotta love Orient - IMO, they offer better value for money than Seiko.. just that their catalog isnt as unending :)

·

Always recommend starting with Orient. Gen I Mako, with the odd extra date plunger at 2'o'clock was my first watch ever. Still wear it regularly.

Been running fine since '07.

As a long time fan and owner of Seiko watches I had my head turned by the Orient Kamasu, for the price and spec it was and still is a great automatic watch and more accurate than many of my Seikos. More recently however whilst still having an eye on Orient divers I have collected a few Eco Drive Citizen watches. Each brand and model for different reasons but ultimately just because I like watches.

I’m big orient fan.

I have a Kamasu, Mako Solar Chrono, Kano, Triton and a Defender II.

·

Orient is my go to daily watch - the ratio between spec and price is far superior than good old Seiko.

With the same price range, you get sapphire glass instead of hardlex and the movement is comparable to 6R which is at least 2 times the price.

Orient is a rare example of a watch company that stays in its lane and delivers ever-improving value. That makes its offerings superior to watches that are more expensive but where the price-to-value ratio is less obvious.

·

I love Orient - and a big fan of the logo/branding which makes me an outlier often it seems. I think they offer a vast array of great dive and dress options - weaker in field, chrono, etc. and some outlier weird pieces.

The Kamasu is the best sub-k diver on the market - and one of the best affordable GADA or beater watch you can have in a collection IMO. The green and red colorways are some of the best out there.

I have one Orient and love it . Trying decide on a divers now. Enjoy.
