New Orient Kamasu/First dive watch
Finally got my first dive watch thank you @Timearch90 for first putting me on to this one. I really like the look of it and in keeping with my effort to have a bit of variety with my collection it’s the only maroon dial with a bronze coloured case.

You should I love it. It looks and feels fantastic and the bezel movement is fantastic. My first dive watch so the bezel might be standard.👍

Great choice! I've got the teal one previous gen (although it's only 6 months old). Can't go wrong with a Kamasu. One of the dressiest divers!
When I think back to all the compromises that we used to have to make when getting affordable watches: mineral crystals, non-hacking movements, crappy bracelets, cheap looks, and compare that to how loaded a Kamasu is. You whippersnappers have it too easy. You need to buy something crappier and share our pain. 🤣
I think you are going to be very happy with that Orient.

It is amazing how Orient can pack so much into a watch that you can buy for around 200, unfortunately not everyone offers this and it probably going to make me picky about the watches I buy, which will be good for my wallet at least😂

Love the dressier vibe. This dial is the best one IMO of the kamasu lineup. Is it just me or orient nailed the dial color options of this kamasu gen ? I mean I feel like other brands just all offer either full black or full blue dial&bezel for their diver's without much originality. I feel like orient gave some gradients and great color options for this awesome entry level package 😎

I agree completely. Gotta admit when I first started looking at Divers Orient weren’t even on my radar but the Kamasu line got me hooked. I liked all of them this one just edged it slightly because of the colouring of the whole thing put together.

Orient divers are my recommendation for budget divers. I really do think they beat everything else at their price point.
