I’m a Dane and a republican (not in the American sense), but I respect Frederik for his service in the special forces (frogmen) and for his choice of watch for this occasion. A watch should matter to you - not anyone else.
It’s a 1372. My wrist is 6,5 inches/16,5cm, so the 44mm watches are too big for me (I think). I really like the 40mm of the 1372, and it’s still a watch with lots of “presence”.
If you like leather straps - it’s great.👍😁
Let’s face it: Who uses a dive watch for diving? I am an active diver and I use a dive computer (or two), not a watch. If I wear a watch to the pool/beach/etc, I’ll wear one with a rubber strap or good quality steel bracelet.
That is a tough choice. I really like the Ranger’s design as well😁👍
I like the way the Railmaster uses only brushed surfaces - it makes the shape of the case “flow” in such a smooth way. And it is not a watch you run into every day 😎🖤🤘
