Abbreviations of the watch world

As a non native english speaker I would like to greate a list of abbreviations (I had to google this word🤣) that are used in the watch world.

NWA = new watch alert

OP = oyster perpetual

etc.etc.

I think this would be helpful for all of us that live in coutries where english is not our first language.

Thank you all in advance!

Yes, he's worn that t-shirt more than once. He did so in a more recent video too. Wow after watching this again I realize I left out some letters. LOL

“L2L” is one but imo it’s dumb since we should just call it “case length”

I can't remember what the third letter stands for but I think P and R stand for Precise and reliable.

EDIT: I looked it up. P = Precise, R= Robust, X= Ten ATMs of water resistence.

Great, another Canadian.

😉

·

GAG - Grab and go. Or..that watch is hideous!

FTR - please don't write this down.

TMWC - The Mad Watch Collector.

·

ABC all bases covered it's like GADA but better (and I made this abbreviation up, so it's mine and better)

JOURNEY not really an abbreviation but if you use it some people get that mad they go out in their cars and run over small animals (use with discretion)

If I’m not wrong.. PRX stands for Precise Robust 10(for 10 bar water resistance)..?
