I bought this cool field watch case. I didn't have the right dial for it tho. I ordered this Seiko SNK Snoopy dial and it definitely fits the bill. The build is not perfect, and I am going to swap the hands out later, but here is the process so far.
I first disassembled my current build and removed the movement.
The NH36 movement I was using was set for a 4 O'clock crown, so I had to replace the date wheel with one that was made for a 3 O'clock crown. The process isn't hard, but can be tricky. I won't get into it here.
After swapping the datewheel I was ready to install the dial. I had to cut two of the four dial feet. I filed down the remaining material and was ready to install the dial.
I tried many different hand combinations but none of them worked perfectly. I ended up using these Seiko SRPE hands.
They work fine, but they don't add anything to the build IMO. I have some different black field handsets on the way that I believe will seal the deal.
Here are some of my choices:
1.
2.
3.
At the end of the day, I like the build. The hands need some work, but until then... I'm happy.
Here are some more shots of my new mod:

Wow that looks nice 👍.
If you don’t mind my input, I would go with the first set of hands. Gives a nice nod to Woodstock with the touch of yellow on the seconds hand.

I appreciate the input. I'm leaning towards those as well.
Nicely done!!
Great job, looks great! And any of those handsets would add nice contrast!
Any Peanuts watch is a winner!
Great job ,I'd leave the hands as they are
Nicely done!!
Thx Ichi!
Nice one! They're not cheap but I'd probably do these hands:
