Apparently these are being given out rather liberally. I got one too and, although I have owned vintage watches, I have no idea why I have this badge, along with a few other badges that make no sense based on my postings. Is this a Pavlov thing? Is there a Pavlov badge coming soon?

I think WC is taking all of the past posts into things with a vintage hashtag into account.
I also got the Pocket Watch badge because I know sooooooo much about pocket watches.
