i do not think that model will etch metal. You need one that will etch copper at least. That one is for very lite work.

rubber stamp dial tool originally for kids. I want to try metal reflecting nail polish where you orientate the particles with a magnet but need the numbers in white. if it was still available... still looking.

The tripod looks very cheap and thus unstable. I can imagine an upside, but I can't ignore the risks. The smallest error could ruin an item. Like a bad tattoo, your only option would be to over write it?
