World(time) Domination
Napoleon Bonaparte, Dr. No, Pinky and The Brain. They all reached for world domination, but lacked affordable timepieces to coordinate their efforts. Coincidence?
The lesser known world times from Casio all have a look, and some of them you can buy at classic watch retailer, Best Buy! I thought I would build out a wish list for some of these while I research mechanicals watches to make a bigger decision on.
I've found so far the A500WA, AE1000W-3AV, AE1100W-1BV, AE1400WH-1AV, AE2000WD-1AV, AE3000W, AEQ100W-1BVCF which is already more than I bargained for. I know there are others in this number series that seem more like sports focused designs to me. Other finds? Casio historians I would love to know what I don't know!

I just picked up the AE1000W-2AV (blue variant) last week! The strap is in dire need of some breaking in, but other than that I love it.
Also, I already own a Royale, but damn if the temptation to buy another one in a different color isn’t real.
I was scrolling FB and saw Best Buy Canada was selling Marathon GSARs... I'm assuming it's a "marketplace" thing, but it still amused me that Best Buy was getting into the watch game.

Very interested in some of the lens swatch mods I've seen that would give any of them more dimension. And the silver/gray, silver/black models really have style of their own.

Starts with a very well-intentioned slide deck about wearable tech, Bluetooth, premium lifestyle products, and then boom, you find yourself selling $23 watches featuring what time is best to fish. Classic big box retail.

Find me in parking lots this summer at Dead and Co. shows, hydro dipping your Casios and making grilled cheeses inside my engine compartment!
I have the standard Royale and I love it. I bought it about the same time I got my Rangeman in 2019. Great watch for the money. I am always surprised at the number of comments I get when I wear it.
