This one's staying with me....
Posted a few weeks ago about some of the stuff I have on my bench to do in the coming weeks.
Above is a Seiko 5 6119-5520 "TV style" from 1975. I've cleaned it (it was astonishingly dirty), serviced it and refinished the case. I'm really happy with it.
Shout out to @myretrowatches .. the caseback had me scratching my head and Mike's video saved me much frustration. Always learning.
Up now is this 6309-8610 from 1982
I've refinished the case..
Serviced the movement (check this out for a filthy mainspring)
Fitted a replacement Seiko 5 "shield", cleaned the dial and fitted a new stem (needs to be trimmed) and a replacement crown (from my Seiko 5 spare parts bin)
New crystal ordered. Did Polywatch the current one but it was still crappy.
Just need to fit the crystal, refinish the strap and put it all together now.
Then it's this... ladies watch that currently isn't running

I don't wish to be rude but you appear to have aged quite badly and gone slightly green. I don't think the Oil of Olay is working very well... You might want to check the date on the bottle?!

I’ve seen a few gummy mainsprings but that’s a good one..nice job don’t worry the oil of Olay is working fine 😀
