This is so cool. And very refreshing.
I want to see this with Eastern Arabic Numerals. I swear, the western watch industry has next-to-no originality in using them. Not even kidding, except for Seiko, they all appear use the same font for the EANs. Even Roman numerals are given differnet fonts!
Very true. Just a fun fact 😀 Devnagari is the oldest writing script in the world. Arabic numbers were inspired by these and then other Roman numbers came to existence (apart from Roman)

Actually, cuneiform is. Devanagari is a few thousand years younger.
