Anyone else Pre-order this Furlan Marri x Time & Tide collab today?

With only a few hours left...is any other Cruncher buying this Furlan Marri x Time & Tide collaboration?

I couldn't resist, in the Year of The Brown Dial, passing on something that was so on the nose.

Plus, the watch looks gorgeously Patek-like, and will fit nicely in my growing FM collection.

What do you all think? Too much at $1,800?

Here's the link in case you missed it...

BTW - anyone else thinking about ordering the upcoming Baltic x Time & Tide collab?

Looks good, price one might be a little high for what you get. I’ll pay that for a Longines over that.

I heard about it. But I’m not ordering. Good watch, but I choose to keep my cash.

No thanks. I actually liked Furlan Marri when they first came out, but their watches have gotten ridiculously overpriced since then and they're no longer a value proposition. It seems like they're milking all the press they've been getting and pricing their watches to "collectors" who are more than willing to buy into the hype. As previously mentioned above I'd rather use that money for a Longines or Tudor.

Thanks for sharing !

Was planning on buying myself an omega 2230.50 in a few months, but I heard about this one a few hours before the launch and I just couldn't resist. I never thought I'd want a brown dial but this is one is just so well executed, I feel like it's a notch above furlan marri's other offerings

That being said, I'd be curious to know why this one is significantly more expensive than the other sector ones

It screams Rexhep Rexhepi Acrivia to my eye. Not the same, no, but at a glance there is semblance. While a good looking watch, an Aussie theme makes no sense to me, just seems forced. What says “Outback” like a dress watch with a gilt Roman numerals, amiright?

Congrats! I think the extra dosh is for Time & Tide putting their distribution and name behind the release...

I bought the first mechanical limited edition sector dial and think it’s very good for that price point. I looked at this release and thought it was too much like this one.

I was torn and just ordered the Salmon dial.
