Sounds like an autistic watch repair tech I had many years ago. The guy was brilliant, diligent, and maticulous in his work. Couldn’t put him in front of a customer otherwise there would be interactions like this.

May I present one of many instances where an AD was sued for selling on the gray market for a profit.

Krajisnik v. C.D. Peacock, Inc. (1:21-cv-00775) Chicago.

Granted, Rolex SA won’t sue an AD for doing this. Rolex will pull your line if you devalue their brand by discounting. As long as Rolex is getting paid by selling to the AD, Rolex doesn’t care (anymore) what they AD does.
