I worked with a Watchmaker in 2005, 2006 who had this Citizen Campanola. I wanted one so bad. I asked Diego where he got it, but I don’t think I ever really got an answer. 
 

I know these are JDM pieces, but does anyone here have one?

There’s a few being advertised on Chrono24 if you’re interested. It’s an interesting looking watch.

Yep, agree with @Matt84. I’ve seen them on Chrono24. Interesting piece I had no idea existed.
