2 slots left in the Rolex box……what to get next?

I have a love for Rolex sports models. Over 20 years or so, I’ve bought the 16600 SD, 16750 Exp II, OP41 and the latest one, a 126710 BLRO.

What should I fill the last two slots with? Struggling to decide, or maybe I’ve just got all the references I like.

Suggestions please, crunchers..

Fantastic collection!

If it's an all Rolex collection 💪, I'd go with Daytona for chronograph, and a full gold Day-Date for dress watch.

·

I would go with a two tone Explorer or Date Just. I also think the Yachtmaster is an often overlooked gem!

·

Paul Newman Daytona and Gold DayDate.

·

36mm Explorer and Milgauss.

Thank. I’m not a huge Daytona fan, but the day-date is a great call.

I’ve to hi-metal explorer, but it looks too dainty on my wrist. Yacht is a good thought.

Paul Newman Daytona and Gold DayDate.

Day date maybe, but im not a Daytona fan, and even if I was, the Paul Newman is a bit beyond my means 😁

36mm Explorer and Milgauss.

36 Explorer is a bit small for me - I did have a 1016 that sat in the box for years ( turned that into the Pepsi plus change!). Milgauss is a good thought - quirky and discontinued 😀

·

I would get a jubilee bracelet for the pepsi and a day-date (maybe vintage with a special dial):)

·

I think you're done. 😍

·

Obviously need a Daytona in there.

·

Sky Dweller

·

..and Deep Sea Challenge

I was thinking about a Blue/Black on a jubilee, and swapping th ebracelets over......

A good call, but the Daytona just doesnt look right on my wrist....

·

You need a chronograph, get a Tudor BB Chronograph, the “poor man’s Rolex”. 😂

·

I'd go two tone bluesy and yachtmaster.

·

I love the Skydweller the most complicated movement of Rolex

·

When you run out of room don’t panic. I’ll hold some for you. 😈

I have a fair few Chronos, none of which are Rolex. I’m more likely to buy the BB Chrono than a Daytona. 😁

I love it too, just not sure that I love it enough to pay £10k over Retail 😁I’ve pissed off too many Rolex ADs to get another new one at Retail 😁

Yes you're right. Neither do I

·

Milgauss?

Not so much the size, just the way they sit. Annoying, as the ones I’ve tried have been spectacularly beautiful.

I hear you. It has to feel right. Perhaps the wingspan is too large. The slimmer 6306 may be the go for you.

I replied with that cause your post was right after the, Tudor is the “poor man’s Rolex” debate. To be honest they look so similar, I’d have to opt for the BB, because, well the Daytona is triple the price retail and I’m not a rich man. 😂😂😂

If I were you I’d get rid of the black OP and replace it with a black jubilee DJ + a green OP + explorer

I love the OP - it's boring, plain and discreet, but it's soo comfortable to wear, and the dial (blue!) pops like crazy in the sun.....it;s a keeper. But, I do like the green OP, but I prefer the Datejust Mint even more 😄 Explorer 36 is just wrong on my wrist, but I'm keepign a weather eye oppen for a decent 39mm....

Explorer 1 and Daytona in my opinion
