This JLC Master Date, purchased in 2001, recently came back from a factory service. Every aspect of their service process is top-notch. Very happy wit...
The service took about a month. JLC provides the packaging and the FedEx label to ship the watch. The watch goes to Fort Worth, Texas. Once the service has been completed, the watch is returned, carefully packaged in a simple but very nice watch case. I had read that JLC sends watches that are more than 20 years old back to Switzerland, but I don't know if that was the case with this one. I'd be happy to answer any further questions you might have about the process.
