The service took about a month. JLC provides the packaging and the FedEx label to ship the watch. The watch goes to Fort Worth, Texas. Once the service has been completed, the watch is returned, carefully packaged in a simple but very nice watch case. I had read that JLC sends watches that are more than 20 years old back to Switzerland, but I don't know if that was the case with this one. I'd be happy to answer any further questions you might have about the process.

Thanks for the complement. To my eyes, it was returned in "as new" condition. Even the scratches on the clasp were gone.
