No you do not need a new case mine is the original skx013 case. However, you’ll have to change the stem that already comes with the movement and do some adjustments.
I saw and held a tudor in person it looks amazing even better than what you see in pictures as a tudor fan I will be bias toward the bb36. The black piece in the crown is annoying but you don’t notice it as much. And for the second option, this longines watch is lovely but I think the dial is a little bit too busy with the chronometer stars
