Thank You Jackie! I read your bio 😂 between the two I would choose the BB58 everyday eventhough I love omega watches but the vintage aesthetic and dimensions are incomparable. I would always suggest you to visit you local boutique and try both watches on and do it multiple of times by that I mean after a while of trying them go again and when you leave for a while you will know if you really want the watch or not or between both which one you love the most. Beca sometimes you feel that you want a watch but when you try it on your wrist it feels not right or its not to what you expected and it could also be the opposite sometimes you try on a watch that you never thought of and when you go back home that specific watch doesn’t leave your mind.
At least that what I personally do 😂
I personally love the jiggliness of the bracelet 😂✨ + I thought of trying it with other starps but not for now.
WT bezel would be cool but are you able to find one that looks similar to the original bezel?
The day/date disc wheel in the replacement movement will be positioned for a watch with a crown at 3 o’clock, so it will not align with the skx case which has a crown at 4 o’clock.
The easiest way to get around this is to remove the original day and date wheels from the original movement (7s26) and fit them to the new movement.
