The Explorer ll polar dial hands down. It's the most low key Rolex there is. My next pick would the the GMT Sprite which is the total opposite.

Got to go with the DJ36! To me it's the best and quintessential rolex. So many other pieces have become very hyped.

I have only ever had any real love for the OP. The rest of the range I have no connection to at all. I also get turned off by any Rolex that is flashy, gaudy or in your face OTT.
Less is more when it comes to watch aesthetics, Rolex isn’t the go to brand if that’s your criteria for sure.
