Redoing my floors 👍. That money is always for home projects. But I’ll be buying a watch or two with my allowance 😉

·

First of all, I don't loan the feds any money. Next, it's 2024. What kind of quitters are buying watches in 2024?

·

Uncle Sam usually asks me for money. 😩

·

What are these refunds you speak of? :-)

·

I answered “no,” which is technically true, but some of my refund will be going to pay off a watch I already purchased!

·

No more buying for me unless it’s practice customization of a watch. At least that’s what I say to my self for adding a custom watch a month 😆

·

What is the refund? With what I usually pay at the end of a year, Uncle Sam can get himself a very, very nice luxury piece.

·

I'm Canadian - I don't receive IRS refunds.

There's something dodgy with a tax system that has to give out refunds at the end of the year. A few would be feasible, enough for it to be a topic of discussion sounds like US Gov run racketeering to me.

"Do your taxes yourself. We know how much you owe us, but we won't tell you how much. If you get it wrong, you're may be trouble, or we may give you more money" - government probably

I save my tax refunds but I know my work bonus this year is much, much better than first expected & there will be a new watch, and maybe a new car. 💸💸💸

Negative, Ghostrider; the pattern is full.

·

You got the joke! Thank you...

·

we're going on a cruise with ours!

No refund is expected. Quarterly bonus money, now that's a different story (though I'm pretty much tapped out for the year already... January and February were very busy months)
