I got this on amazon for about 30 dollars, excellent finishing and materials, a glass on top to see the watches and golden details. Solid wood. It´s Songmic brand. (Sorry for the pic, it's the only one I have at hand now).

Well, as I'm a fan of vintage and old watches I have several of them. This one, a Citizen Seven is special to me. I bought it on facebook marketplace, not working, I paid about 35 dollars for it, but I had it serviced and it's now working properly. I love the design and the bracelet, and many times it's a conversation starter.

What your post proposes here is a situation of a total lack of self confidence, personality and knowledge about what wearing and collecting watches mean.

First of all, if someone despises a Casio, that's because he/she knows absolutely nothing about watch industry history. Casio's one of the most important and influential brands in watch history, no doubts about that

Then, why does anyone wear a watch? Do they go out with a watch on their wrist only to impress others and make them believe they are rich people wearing expensive watches? Do true watches lovers hate or despise those who wear cheap Casios? I don´t think so.

And no, I don't have that problem with expensive watches because I´m poor, I only have budget, affordable, cheap watches, but be sure I´m absolutely much more happy with them on my wrist than others who spend thousands of dollars only to impress their friends with a watch.

And that's because I wear watches to enjoy them, not to be a show off.
