If you're liking the use of Roman numerals, then I'd choose the one on the left because they're more legible. (Edit: the 3 o'clock indicator is cut off by the date window, so...) Both watches share almost every other asthetic and your choice would then come down to price.
I'd say the Tiffany dial is a tad more understated, and thus practical. But I prefer the crown on the FC. Are these the same size? You don't have a metal color preference?

The FC is 40mm , Tiffany is 38. I have a wrist size of 16,5 cm.
Both of them are quartz, Ronda movement. I don't know the year, but everything is original , including the strap. (Tiffany)
I’d go with that then. You do realise FC were formed in the 80s and are owned by Citizen, so if you wanted a little more clout then go with the Tiffany. Sub-dial = classic.

Longines Record. COSC movement, 38.5mm case, clean dial options, and the white reference with the blue hands is SOOOO nice. all that for about 2k

If it’s a choice between these two, the FC.

I like both metals
Thank you !
Love gold on a dress watch.
#frederiqueconstant would be my choice
I'd go with the first one. I like the dial and for me just looks better than Tifanny and co (My opinion)
I have the FC, all I can say it's absolutely beautiful and classy.
Tiffany is Tiffany. Can FC make that claim?
What’s the spec on the Tiffany? How old, and what is the movement?

The one on the left — hands down.
FC - The dial is very nice and so are the hands. The small second is also a nice touch and larger than the Tiffany.
