I found this little guy on auction on Catawiki, I payed it only 60€. I love the dial and I think that is a very beautiful piece but I don’t know anything about it. I’ve tried to do some research online but nothing… I find very strange the fact that the dial and the caseback detach from the rest of the watch, I never seen something like this. Did someone have some info about it?

You can look on the movement to see when it was made.
https://mybulova.com/ is a pretty good resource. You can make an account and upload pictures there, they should be able to identify it.
It’s like an original little Smiths watch that’s why I like it:)

From the inscription on the caseback of M2 it's from 1962.

Google image search will bring you right to the MyBulova site.
The detaching case is not mentioned and is a bit suspect though. Might very well be a Frankenwatch.
It looks like a "Sea Clipper" but I don't know about the case.
Like @Aurelian said, it looks like a Sea Clipper. To me the case looks original. It looks as if someone polished it with a dremel tool and rounded the edges. Comparing it to others online the insides of the lugs are what look off.
Frankenwatch or not, it's cool.

It’s actually a sea clipper from 1962, I think. I found images that correspond pretty closely
