Any and all colors go with black. Crocodile is particularly dressy. Suede may give it a bit of a sporty look. Try things out and have fun changing it's look.

TBH, that glossy black strap in the picture is a pretty killer look.
I imagine a grey suede or a tan honey range would work well.

Try getting 20 or so Nato straps in different colors. They are fast to change out and makes it look like a new watch every time.
