I would do the Gshock GWM5610-1. It’s the Gshock square with multi band 6 and tough solar.
Can only be the Casioak ga-2100
Comfort is a big part of it. Try them in a store.
The gbd200 has the softest strap if I'm not mistaken. It's my fave by far. And excellent display which looks great and always shows the local time in all modes. Full text menu plus Bluetooth, step tracker, etc. 150 dollars. Needs a $1 battery swap every 2-3 years depending on usage.
The GW5000U-1 will satisfy all your gshock needs imo. I also like the gw6900-1…just get two. Its inevitable.
I have two, the GBD 200 that has the BEST negative display but (for me) the 5610 does the lot with solar and multiband and wears better. You cant go too far wrong with and G tbh.
I'm probably in the minority but the Squares and CasiOaks do nothing for me. Personally I think they look super boring. Probably the GW7900 or the solar Gulfman
Personally I’d go with the G-2300B, however they are discontinued so you’d have to go to EBay to find one. If you don’t wanna do that, then there’s the updated G-2310

I got the bug last year and if I was told I could only have one this would be it.
My pick is discontinued. I loved the GA800. Wish I hadn’t gotten rid of mine, but I know I won’t wear it enough to justify rebuying it.
For me the perfect 1st G-Shock a great size , solar and atomic gives the classic vibe.
