Your suggestions please.

At the end of the month it will be my birthday so I have decided that I would like, unsurprisingly, a new watch.

As my username implies, it's going to be cheapy.

So WC folks, here's the criteria.

No chronographs.

No digital.

UK sellers only.

All suggestions gratefully received, except ones about not being a tighta#se!

Get yourself a Spinnaker quite good deals on Ebay UK

Firstly, Have a great birthday! 2nd, I have questions.

  1. What is "cheap"to you? for all we know you could be a Billionaire who only wants to spend 50k.

  2. does no digital = no quartz?

  3. UK sellers only but international brands, or only UK brands too?

Ah yes, I forgot to put that in.

Max price will be £60.

Quartz is fine.

Only the seller needs to be UK based.

Very likely

If your looking on ebay why not have a delve into vintage, you can get a nice multi jewelled wind up movement watch for £60 or less. If your not using it as a day to day wearer and just for occasional wear servicing is only an option ,I personally haven't had some of my cheapies 'fettled'. Give them a go you can get some lovely looking watched for not much mulla.

The mortimer was 60, the jovial 30 and an auto and the lip was 30 quartz. Pocket money watches ,perfect for a skinflint's birthday. Happy hunting.

There are many very nice Casio models, both digital and analog, that fall into that price range. I would be surprised if you couldn't find one that fit your bill.

Certainly some of the analogue models are ok but personally I don't like digital watches.

US based here, but I got both of these at big box store. 20 some USD for the Casio, i like it because it looks tough, that bracelet was a pain to resize. The Timex I got at a clothing store like tj Maxx (I always found it amusing that they call it tk Maxx over there) for 70 USD. Is timex a thing over there?

Timex is big over here too.

Our equivalent to Walmart and the like don't tend to keep watches, but T K Maxx is a good idea .
