Hey there,
Ive been thinking about this and it has stuck to me
3 Watches is a really nice size for a collection.
No stressing about to many watches
Every watch gets wrist time
Every watch has a purpose or two
Really portable
Be more intentional about the choices you make
In the past year I have been focusing on quantity instead of quality, which leaves me with a lot of really solid budget choices but if I was more patient my budget would allow for nicer watches. Its really nice to have the variety but you can only wear one or two :D watches at the same time. So I am thinking of shrinking my quantity into quality.
Probably won’t be able to go without my Chronograph or my 5KX but other than that I can see some go.
1. I want to hear your opinions on the two 3Watch collections I posted. Pricewise they are pretty similar :)
2. Go ahead and fantasize and tell me your Perfect 3 :)
PS.
Just for the Divers the Color isnt set in stone.
For Example the Baltic would also be able in Black and I would be fine with that too.
Same for the Traska. If it comes back in Stock it will be available in Mint and sunbleached orange too.
Since they are kind of hard to see in the Poll here we go
Can I vote for a collection that contains 1) more than three watches, and; 2) no Christopher Ward?

Haha yes I suppose you could just comment your suggestion:)
I don't know enough about your lifestyle to define what three watches you need. If snob appeal is important I probably wouldn't go with those three watches. If your into B&D you might want to consider a G-Shock. Life dictates your collection.
I love the idea of a 3 watch collection! For me it would have to have some variety. Different dial colours, different indices, different hands, different sizes. Everyday, Office, Sport/Swim. But there are so many ways to do this! Of the watches you listed, I would actually go with CW, Alpinist, and the Baltic!
Out of the options presented, I might go for this:
As of right now, I'm too tied to my current favorites to be thinking of any Teddy Baldassarring:
Working on a new three watch collection here after completing a six watch affordables collection.
Planned to buy the BB January-February but have a little extra play cash so maybe in October.
TUDOR BB58 925 silver
NIVADA CHRONOKING-87033M
LONGINES Spirit L3.410.4.93.6 37mm blue
When it comes to your question, both options have two whitish dials in them. For a three watch collection, I try to avoid that. In this case I'd take Option C: The CW, The Baltic and the Alpinist.
If I can't adjust, probably Option B.
For mine, it changes often, but perhaps my Batman on jubilee, blue Seamaster 300M on rubber deployant, and my Polar Explorer II.
I don’t think you’ll go wrong with the Alpinist!

Yeah I get that. I’m just very intrigued by the case hardening Traska offers. But I could just save up a little longer and get the Baltic instead. Thanks for the input @ezpzCA @GreenNeptune . Getting the baby Alpinist in a few days as i Have been thinking about it for quite some time

Good luck with the purchase and enjoy your Alpinist!! I think both the Baltic and the Traska are appealing in their own rights, and you will be satisfied with either one.
