I removed the bracelet and fitted a nice gold brown leather strap.

Looks much nicer IMO.

When I finally got a 10 slot watch box, I figured that should be enough to accommodate watches that I would actually wear rather than just collect.

Only 1 slot left, so it had better be a top pick before the culling begins.
