Seiko 5 SPRE 53
Perfect little ‘beater’ watch, has been thrashed since I’ve owned it been with me on several hikes in the alps, will be always one of my all time favorite watches. The face is an amazing deep blue that really catches the light, the only downside is the glass isn’t the best and will scratch quite easily, however I did buy it as a beater watch so guess I can’t complain 😂

as do I - LOVE IT!!
I've got the blue as well (although with the brushed bezel). Also have it as a "beater" watch. The glass got a couple of light scratches within the first two months of so owning it. Works great on a variety of different straps.
Gilt without the guilt
You can replace the crystal with a nice AR sapphire one for about $40.
I’ve done that to all my Seiko “beaters” and it makes a big difference.
