Updated SOTC
A few new additions since I last did this…
I have 7 spots in other watch boxes/rolls. I already feel overwhelmed and that I have too many watches, so the volume of purchasing is going to go way down — only once I’ve saved up for something that fits in my core rotation (~5 pieces) will I buy. I plan on starting to gift some of the other more affordable ones that don’t have much sentimental value.
I am finishing my masters this year and plan to celebrate with a big purchase. Obvious gaps in the current collection would be a chronograph or an integrated bracelet. What are your top picks for this purchase, say $5k-$10k range?

First of all I love your collection. Nice picks! For your upcoming purchase Id recommend Looking at the Tudor BB Chrono or maybe a Navitimer/ Big Pilot Chrono? Depends on what youre looking for.
Wow what a 6 pack. Appreciate that the Seiko5 made it into that roll.

I mean, it’s hard not to say Speedmaster. The 57 could be an Omega alternative to the moonwatch.
The new Tag Heuer carrera glassbox is another stunning chronograph.
Finally, I would suggest you look at the Breitling range of chronographs. The Navitimer, Premier, and top time are all great options.
What’s the masters in?
As for chronographs, it’s gotta be one of the zenith models. The Zenith Chronosport is obviously awesome, right at 10k. I came extremely close to buying it, and it’s staying on my wish list.
I also love the blue Tag Glassbox. But not sure it meets the (your) moment.
People will suggest the speedmaster, but it’s a bit common and it lacks water resistance.

Don't buy a chrono just because you don't have one, buy one if you actually want it!

Ohh the new Tag! Didn’t think of that, I love that piece. The pistachio dial B09 is also amazing.
