Father and tech guy. I first loved a watch when I got my Swatch Nautilus as a child, followed shortly after by a Swatch Jellyfish. I started getting in deep in late 2018.
Edit: I see Mike confirmed attendance at this year's event. Original: I know CW was at the Windup Watch Fair in Chicago last summer. I got to try on their watches there. I would expect them to attend again at this year's event. More info: https://windupwatchfair.com/chicago/

I am not sure what happened to it, but my first nice "real" Swiss watch (not counting my Swatches as a kid) a Victorinox officers field watch I bought in college. I wore it for years, eventually getting a second Victorinox I still have, but have misplaced the first. It's probably in some box somewhere in storage. I wish I knew.
That sounds about right. I had seen a 1200 Euro price for the SPB379 blue dial model. Thanks for the added info! I guess the pic above is for the same watch, just showing both strap and bracelet option on the limited edition model.
I believe the bracelet model is SPB409J1. I don't know the model of the strap version. That looks very much like a President style bracelet, which is intriguing! I'd love to put that on the black or blue dial models. I have an Uncle Straps President style bracelet on my SPB089, which is on my wrist as I type.
Don't miss the black dial SPB379 either. 6R54 and 39.5mm diameter for these. October release. I don't know the thickness though. SBP377 is the blue dial model.
