SOTC after another year „in the game“
There it is. The SOTC after another year. Yes, I’m sure I won’t get any other watches in the remaining days…
The one „persistent“ one was, or is, the GS SBGN003 from last November. The rest was bought this year (and others, that left the collection again or were given back after all the trouble - frikkin‘ PRX, I’m talking about you…).
The latest addition was the SBSA057 and the Miltat bracelet (and the Lincoln from Uncle Seiko which is still being held at customs).
The SBGA211 was my grail and now I’ve got it. All‘s well that ends well.
The SFJ001 was a Chrono I found ugly in the pictures but once on the wrist and I knew I wanted it („Boring in pictures and great on the wrist“ could be the tagline for SEIKO, to be honest). Haven’t regretted it since.
This is it.
Let’s see what 2024 brings.

Depends on which models you want? If it's three pieces go for all three movements and you're set forever ;)
Personally, I don't like Rolex. Not for the watches themselves but for all the "things" surrounding and being associated with that name. So if you ask me: Yes, sell the Hulk and get whichever GS (or more) you can get for that dough ;)

Love my SBGN003 as well! Haven’t considered adding a #grandseiko automatic and spring drive but now that I think about it…

It does wear smaller on the wrist, I have a Panerai 382 47mm with a thickness 17mm but because of the lug to lug being over 56mm it wears exceptionally well.
