You have given me an idea, perhaps I'll write an article on horological archaeology, thanks! 🍻

In essence, a watch serves as more than just a timekeeping device. It can be a reflection of the wearer's identity, values, experiences, and even aspirations. It tells a story through its design, history, and the personal choices of the person who wears it, all without the need for guesswork or speculation.

Well, every watch tells a story without having to speculate. It has no inscription what so ever, so there's no clue, no sand, nada. But, its story begins with how I bought it 😎

Perhaps this article on the subject is interesting too 🍻

Primarily to read the time. I don't care what the watch is worth or how it looks for another person, I really don't. I have to like it, that's the main point. Maybe I tend to look for a watch that matches my outfit and/or activities, but that is it.

Yes, I have excel sheets for my watches where I also keep all the data like caliber, measurement, battery etc. and very important "where it's at?" 😉
