A beautiful watch for a beautiful occasion!

This watch is stunning and turned me into a huge GS fan after trying it on. I have always liked and appreciated Grand Seiko but wasn't sure if I'd ever get one myself.

I tried on a bunch of different watches earlier this year, trying to make up my mind on what my next purchase would be.

I didn't give this GS much thought as I wasn't really feeling it after just watching videos and checking out some photos of it online. After trying all kinds of watches all over Copenhagen I figured I'd just head inside Klarlund and take a look at this GS just before heading back home and something just clicked when I put it on the wrist, my mind was made up!

I'm sure that feeling is only even more overwhelming when buying it to commemorate your marriage :)

Stunning dial on that one - I wish you many happy days ahead and I hope this watch also gets a lot of wrist time!
