Cartier Tank Must - Too Small?
Hey watch lovers. I'll make this short and sweet.
Picked up a Cartier Tank Must Large today. I've been wanting/looking at this piece for quite a long time and decided today to go by the store and grab it.
Thing is, I really don't know how I feel about it now. The wife loves how it looks on her wrist but is it too small for my 7.5" wrist? I know dress watches are small but do you all think?

Thanks everyone for input. Here's some other angles for reference. You're all right, the tank/dress watches are supposed to fit smaller. I'm thinking the awkward feeling might be more the strap as I much prefer bracelets as I daily all my pieces. Rarely dress up and never wear straps. Maybe I just need a better strap which fits nicer to feel more comfortable. Thanks again everyone.

It really depends and I would say go with how you feel.
I tried watches of similar proportions and while it looks ok on my wrist, something just didn’t sit right when compared to the rest of me.
This is a rotary, with tank must XL dimensions. Tho some may argue that it’s too big for my 7” wrist, it feels more at home to me and I wouldn’t let anyone tell me otherwise 😀

My opinion? Yup, way too small on your wrist. It looks lost sitting there all alone.
It looks great on you, man. I’m thinking about getting a Tank as well some time during this year, even though I’m a big guy and my GF thinks it looks a bit feminine on me😂
IMHO, a shade to small. It is small to begin with and reads even smaller. But that is just my opinion. Do what makes you happy.

Honestly, I think that is how the Tank on a leather strap ought to fit on your wrist IMO. The rectangular case lends itself more to looking smaller across your wrist. On the metal bracelet it might be different.
